Poikkeus are a Japanese hardcore/crust/whatever band that want so bad to be from Scandinavia, that they have a Finnish name and a logo reminiscent of every European hc band of the 80s. Not terribly original, but this EP is so fucking blazing it's hard for me to care that these guys aren't very imaginative.

ReplyDeleteThis ep came out on Crust War Records in, I believe, 2004. In other words it's long OOP. They also made an appearance on the All Crusties Spending Loud Night DVD & the Konton Damaging Ear Noise comp cd/lp.
