I like it! Its fun! Most really noisy and chaotic music concerns perversion, murder and darkness but not this...I read that in asia, noise music came evolved from psychedelic music, but otherwise it came from hard rock or industrial music...theres something to that.
"pointless brosers" is a wonderful thing. Ha-ha. Soemtimes like with aphex twin windowlicker and "acephalos bouncing ball" music makes me laugh. This album reminds of the Kwisp album one can find (mutant sounds i think)...
relaxing stuff, lost part of my mind getting into this band a few years ago when i was (in retrospect) between relationships stuck in a dark room, nice it was too
A lot of strange experimental and electronic music evolved from psychedelic music, not just industrial, power electronics or other harsh types.
Bjorn mentioned Kwisp, they are a recent side project of a few Fifty Foot Hose members, which came directly out of the San Francisco 60s psychedelic scene. The Fifty Foot hose were of course, on the very outter fringe of that scene, which says tons about how strange and unique they were.
So yes, there can be many influences on experimental music, not just one path or evolution.
