Another one of my favorite relics of Swedish steel, and this one is absolutely mandatory. Stitch were a young ambitious bunch of bangers from the bullshit town of Södertälje, a town best known for its famous tennis robot, the Bjorn Borg. This single contains (sadly) only two songs, but they drip with a peppy exuberance and a sheer joy of just being young, Scandinavian, and most importantly...METAL!!! This falls into that "If you don't love this something is really wrong with you" category. So good, and maybe exactly what the doctor ordered after posts about people we like leaving the earth.

Awesome, the FWOSHM holds so many hidden gems. You can really feel the sweat and dedication in those bands!
Everyone needs to hear this one 'cos it's a stormer. Great to see it on here.
Where the hell do you find these odd metal Swedes? I live in Sweden and I have never heard of any of the stuff you post here.
Anyway: Keep it coming! I am learning stuff about my native land I never knew. And its all good. Especially the drummer in Arrowz.
I don't know how you track down stuff like this, but I'm sure glad you do. I was in a lousy mood today until I listened to this. I'm going to be singing along to it for ages. "For my life!" Awesome.
fuck yeah! love the fuzzed-out guitar tone. Real Raw Heavy Metal!
Ah this is KILLER! Great riffs, vocals and tunes. I remember reading about this on the Corroseum. A gazillion more Swede Metal bands to seek out:

Yes, that article is great but I don't necessarily share the guy's tastes. He's panned some real gems and lauded some duds. His descriptions are spot on, but I think we have different ears.
this is seriously great.. It's got that young naive heavy metal energy that nwobhm also had.
yeah this is ripper, totally rockin,im about it
hey is this what they turned into i wonder?

btw, most of the rare Swedish 7'' rips (not to mention others) floating around originated on the corroseum board... and of course were very quickly appropriated and repackaged as his own by mr. strappado.
I believe I git this from a torrent that had bundled a ton of FWOSHM and NWOBHM 7"s
and yes, this band became some lame AOR shit later, but I chose not to mention that.
Ah, the wailing vocals, the energetic naivete or the young scandys in their pursuit of epic metalness...
this really kicked ass
can never get enough FWOSHM and NWOBHM 7"s
