Vaguely Christian shoegaze from Riverside sounds about as unappealing as they come, but Starflyer 59's debut album Silver is a treasure trove of maudlin 90's quiet/loud.

It's about sharing hard to find and special recordings. It's not about taking anything away from the artists themselves. Of course if something is in print and you like it, buy it. If you have legitimate claim to something posted here and want it removed, just write me and I'll do so. It's definitely not about furthering any sort of political agenda, you might find some things here that you don't agree with. The views of the bands are their own and don't necessarily reflect my ideology or political views. This has been one of my favorite records since it came out. It's a shame that alot of people wrote them off because of the label they were on. Definitely my favorite of theirs.
Excited, but no surprised to see this on the Cosmic Hearse. SF59 is an excellent band even to this day.
YES. The description is going to throw people, but Hearse folks are going to enjoy this. I never would have made the connection, but YES.
One of the very few albums from the youth group days that still gets spun, and got me into all sorts of other distortion-heavy tuneage later on.
