We Gotta Know

All you need to know: These are hard times. The streets, the city, the world is is a cold, fucked up place. Surviving isn't easy, but you got to survive, and to survive you got to fight.

Just saw them play Seattle like 4 days ago! Regardless how I feel about Hare Krishna, John Joseph is a hell of a front man, and quite the peacekeeper! The Cro Mags had me feeling like a kid again! I love this LP, but have you heard the demos of this album? So crucial....

I hadnt heard this in awhile and got it a few weeks ago, and it is awesome. I feel it is obligatory to mention this, as many people here on the internet are mad about it:

Man, that cover of malfunction is harsh. I bought the a.o.q./best wishes disc a while back and have worshiped it ever since. My wife hates the way John sings but she hates HR's vocals too so I can't use her opinion on anything.

I happen to have also been at their recent CT show. Why is that whenever a punk legend plays a show, the dude who books that show thinks it would be a great idea to throw on 3 or 4 other absolutely shitty, generic, and unheard of bands? Every state has at least one redeemable punk band. Same thing happened when Negative Approach played in RI. Then these gangsta-core rejects have the nerve to say something like "yo yo yo, I just wanna thank (band name) for coming out tonight cause without them we wouldn't be here and shit" Boggles the mind.
