Death In June

DISCriminate is a two disc collection of Douglas P.'s personal favorite Death In June tracks. It's also a great primer on the group's lengthy and interesting career. With tracks culled from DIJ releases from 1982 to 1996, it shows the complete range of Death In June's catalog. Perhaps you've always wanted to check Death In June out but were intimidated by the many releases. Well fret no more. I'm in your corner.

@JMD

Are you sure that isn't Rose McDowell?

Ah, haha, yep, McDowall. But I'd accept McGowan as well. :)

I think i would pay to see Rose McGowan sing with Douglas P. If Juliette Lewis can grace a prodigy album.. then little miss doom generation could step up to the mic.

I happened to stumble upon this while looking at older posts. Basically a "best of collection" but also a good point to start for someone not familiar with DI6. DI6 transcends the music, the sounds and the images to make masterpieces. If you're into neo-pagan/folk music whether it's acoustic driven or beat driven then you should check out a fairly new band from New York named Cult of Youth. They have an LP out right now called "A Stick to Bind, A Seed to Grow" really great, musically and visually. Comes in a foil stamped gatefold LP.
