New Bastard Noise material reminds me quite a bit of the bleak, no bullshit style of this record. They really tore s.f. a new one when they came through town.
I'm glad I had the chance to see these guys live a few times at gilman. Though it's not on this album, I still think 'Screwdriver in the Urethra of Thomas Lenz' is the best name for a song ever.
dude! That's a fucking awesome haiku!!! So good, I want it tattooed somewhere.... I wonder if it could be done in Japanese characters on my throat! heh heh
oh shit, i just got myself a laptop so now i can actually download this shit instead of just reading about it! ... so yeah this record rules, and i'm really fucking stoked cuz some of those new GO LIKE THIS songs we just recorded are going on a split with BASTARD NOISE, so there, dorks! and thanks aesop. now how do i open the fucking files? i know nothing about computers...
That is awesome, a Go Like This/Bastard Noise split. That stuff you all did soundied great. I just got the Malachi/Bastard Noise split in the mail today.
Opening the files depends on what you are using, try double clicking first and see what happens, beyond that you are on your own.
It's about sharing hard to find and special recordings. It's not about taking anything away from the artists themselves. Of course if something is in print and you like it, buy it. If you have legitimate claim to something posted here and want it removed, just write me and I'll do so. It's definitely not about furthering any sort of political agenda, you might find some things here that you don't agree with. The views of the bands are their own and don't necessarily reflect my ideology or political views. Of course comments and suggestions are welcomed, but don't be hurt if they aren't responded to or taken. I will do my absolute best to be accomidating. Want to contact me? Do it here:

please put "cosmic hearse" in the subject heading. The main thing to remember is to enjoy the music and share the site with friends. Thanks for riding in the Cosmic Hearse.---Aesop

I am a big fan of Matsuo Basho.
love this record. this band (and future, related projects) are a big part of the reason i enjoy noise and noisy shit.
you gotta be a bit of a masochist to fully enjoy this stuff.
