R.I.P. Witchhunter

It is with great sadness that Cosmic Hearse announces the death of original Sodom drummer, Christian "Witchhunter" Dudek. Of course we wish all the best to his friends and family. May he forever hunt witches in hell. Now let's all raise a pint and listen to In The Sign of Evil. Sorry I can't upload the pint.

One of the greatest and most consistent thrash bands to ever come around, everything they did up to Agent Orange is first rate metal in my book and I strongly enjoy more recent albums like M-16 and the self-titled one as well. Hell even the re-recording of this EP isn't too shabby. Hail Witchhunter!

I was saddenned by this as well. I played "Remember the Fallen" countless times last night in his honor. And then proceeded to listen to most of the 80s discography also in his honor.

yeah what a bummer,
also a bummer that my copy of I.T.S.o.E. is a combo 'obsessed by cruelty'
and doesnt have the back cover pic of them with their Beatles haircuts and racoon paint
god that thing cracked me up when i saw it

heres a great site to mourn a bunch of fallen metal warriors

This is terrible! In the sign of evil inspired so many nights of drinking.

I believe that so many nights of drinking is what eventually did in the Witchhunter.
